Multi-tenant SaaS platform for gyms: ERP, CMS, member portal and AI.
The problem
Gyms were running memberships, renewals, access, content and coach relationships in separate tools. The challenge was unifying the operation without turning the product into an unreadable ERP.
What I built
I modeled a monorepo with an API on Cloudflare Workers and Hono, Neon Postgres with Drizzle, Upstash caching and queues for async work. The admin panel, SaaS console and member portal share types and rules. I added a CMS for the commercial page, blog, notifications, coach and member management, and a space for independent clients. The AI assistants use RAG and tool calling to generate routines and reports against each gym's real data. A Python desktop bridge connects the software to the gym's turnstile.

What changed
The product covers the full cycle: signup, renewal, billing, access, content, notifications and follow-up. AI generates routines and reports from each gym's real data.
